Environmental Permitting Assistance
Applied Bio-Process provides permitting assistance for obtaining all regulatory, construction, safety, OSHA, and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) production permits.
Environmental permits are required for all production facilities that produce measurable levels of carbon, nitrogen (NOx), sulfur (SOx), volatile organic compounds (VOC’s), particulate matter (PM), or other air born chemicals or particles.
ABP has worked with a number of companies in the submission, amendment, and obtainment of environmental permits as well as regulatory permits for the production of ethanol and biodiesel from corn, whey, waste sugar, and lignocellulosic biomass.
